5-Minute Fat-Burn Workout:
For the time-strapped, Yasmin showed us the 5-minute fat-burning workout. The circuit includes the following exercises: Squat + Alternate Hammer Press, Front Squat + Good Morning, Zottman Curls, Supine Chest Press + Bicycle, and Lateral Lunge to Narrow Squat Jump. Do each exercise for one minute, which gives you a full-body burn in five minutes. For added challenge, repeat the circuit two or three times.

Yasmin also recommends a set of five easy exercises—split squat, push-up, triceps dip, crisscross, and alternate lunges—that you can do anywhere, even in your hotel room, so you can stay fit while on the go.
