Raid 2’ Makes a Clean Sweep— A Heist of Hearts and the Box Office

Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh's Raid 2 continues to dominate at the box office, shattering a staggering ₹129.39 crore nett in India within a release period of just 12 days. Contrary to the normal second-week dip, the film grossed ₹4.88 crore on the second Monday-a measly 2.59% dip from the preceding Friday-boosted by the holiday for Buddha Purnima. A strong second weekend take of ₹25.62 crore pushed Raid 2 to the top above in-demand releases like Airlift and Gangubai Kathiawadi, becoming Bollywood's third highest-grosser of 2025 on native soil.

 

With taxes added, the Indian gross of the movie totals ₹152.68 crore, while foreign countries have contributed ₹22 crore, making the worldwide gross ₹174.68 crore. The amount has already surpassed Akshay Kumar's Sky Force to become the third highest ranking among 2025 top Bollywood earners, with the hope of soon surpassing Salman Khan's Sikandar.

 

Raj Kumar Gupta has helmed Raid 2, whose engaging storyline and excellent performances continue to draw the masses across the country.
