The Ministry of Railways has announced a major administrative reshuffle, appointing 32 new Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) across the country and introducing new Officers on Special Duty (OSD) in place of existing officials. The sweeping changes, effective July 24, 2025, are aimed at invigorating the operational leadership of the Indian Railways and ensuring robust management for upcoming projects and daily operations.
