Reality TV Shake-Up: Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss 2025 Face Uncertain Future

Two of India's biggest reality shows, Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss, may not return for their 2025 seasons due to a major production setback. Reports indicate that Banijay Asia, the production house behind both shows, has unexpectedly withdrawn, leaving their future hanging in the balance.  

Banijay Asia has been a key player in producing these reality shows for years, and its sudden exit has sparked speculation about whether Bigg Boss 19 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 will be delayed, canceled, or moved to another network. While Colors TV has yet to confirm the fate of these shows, industry insiders suggest that finding a new production partner could be a challenge.  

The withdrawal comes amid declining TRPs for both shows in recent seasons, with some reports suggesting that host popularity and changing audience preferences may have contributed to the uncertainty. If the shows do return, they may undergo significant format changes or shift to a different broadcaster.
