₹17,000 Crore Coastal Vision: Hiranandani Sands Transforms Alibaug’s Realty Landscape

Hiranandani Communities has launched an ambitious 225-acre integrated township project near Mumbai’s coastal town of Alibaug. The first phase launched three residential towers totaling 3.3 lakh sq ft with 330 apartments, all sold out within three days, generating ₹450 crore in revenue. Apartment prices ranged from ₹80 lakh to ₹2.85 crore, appealing to both domestic and NRI buyers.

 

Enhanced Connectivity

Improved land, sea, and air connectivity via the Virar–Alibaug corridor, Navi Mumbai International Airport, Atal Setu bridge, and Ro-Ro connectivity to Revdanda jetty are key growth drivers facilitating premium demand.

 

Future Developments

Upcoming phases include 150 branded residences with managed services, luxury villas, a mid-sized convention centre, retail spaces, and integration of wellness and recreational amenities, shaping a self-sustainable coastal ecosystem.
