Mohit Suri's romantic drama Saiyaara, featuring debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, has made waves at the box office by reaching the Rs. 100 crore mark in India in a mere four days. The huge collection of the film has already surpassed the lifetime business of high-profile releases Kesari 2 and Jaat, making it a big success story of 2025.
 
Key Highlights: Strong Collections and Audience Buzz
 
Saiyaara started well with a collection of Rs. 21.5 crore on the first day and registered steady growth throughout the weekend, collecting Rs. 26 crore and Rs. 35.75 crore on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
 
On its fourth day (Monday), the film collected a good Rs. 24 crore in spite of usual weekday dips, pushing the domestic total to approximately Rs. 105 crore by July 21, 2025.
 
The fifth-day collection of the film remained sturdy with an estimated Rs. 14 to 25 crore, taking the total India net collection over Rs. 130 crore.
 
Saiyaara's occupancies were good throughout the week, with a very good 46.39% Hindi occupancy on Tuesday and peak show occupancies reaching close to 57% in nights.
 
The film surpassed the lifetime collections of Kesari Chapter 2 (Rs. 92.53 crore) and Jaat (Rs. 88.26 crore), along with Salman Khan's Sikandar, which had collected Rs. 110.1 crore at the domestic box office.
 
Acclaimed for its gripping plot, soulful music, and powerful performances, Saiyaara impressed viewers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 centers as well, making it a pan-India success.
 
This triumph makes Saiyaara the 5th highest Hindi earner of 2025 and marks a promising return for romantic dramas in Bollywood's 2025 box office scene.
 
Saiyaara's meteoric rise is a testament to the power of good storytelling coupled with new talent to touch a chord with viewers pan-India.
