Tanla Platforms, a leader in cloud communications, has just taken a big step to boost its presence in the Middle East. The company has created a new subsidiary called Karix Mobile LLC in Saudi Arabia. This move comes as part of Tanla’s plan to reach more customers and tap into the growing demand for digital communication services in the region.

The new Saudi-based unit was set up through Tanla’s Singapore arm and comes with an initial investment of 50,000 Saudi Riyals. With this, Tanla aims to offer its full range of products, including messaging and telecom solutions, to businesses and telecom operators in Saudi Arabia and nearby countries.

Why Saudi Arabia? The country is investing heavily in digital transformation, and there’s a clear need for reliable, secure communication platforms. By setting up shop locally, Tanla can work more closely with clients, understand their needs, and respond quickly to market changes.

This isn’t Tanla’s first international expansion, but it’s a significant one. The Middle East is a fast-growing market, and having a dedicated team on the ground should help Tanla compete more effectively and build stronger relationships with regional partners.

Overall, this move signals Tanla’s commitment to growing beyond India and Asia. It’s a practical step that could open up new opportunities in a market that’s hungry for better digital communication tools.
