Sify Technologies Limited (NASDAQ: SIFY), a foremost Digital ICT solutions provider in India, has introduced its groundbreaking pay-per-use colocation pricing model throughout its NVIDIA-certified AI-Ready hyperscale data center campuses in India.
With this novel pricing structure benefit, now available from Sify’s latest certified data center facilities in Chennai and Noida, as well as its Navi Mumbai campus, enterprises and GPU cloud partners can now efficiently meet the insatiable demand for AI clouds. The hourly pricing model is a unique offering in India that covers all hosting, power, and infrastructure costs in one hourly payment, thereby eliminating two impediments to AI cloud services: known and unknown costs for different services. Application developers can quickly come to market and easily scale their initial AI workload solutions – all within the constraints of a rapidly changing AI marketplace.
The data center facilities are supported under NVIDIA’s DGX-Ready Data Center certified program that is capable of supporting up to 130 KW per rack, which is crucial for high performance and density power-intensive AI workloads. The new per-hour fee covers current platforms from NVIDIA, including H100, H200, B200, GB200 NVL72, and GB300 NVL72 applications, with additional plans to rapidly support highly efficient systems using liquid-cooled technologies.
Sharad Agarwal, CEO of Sify Infinit Spaces Limited, said, "As a forward-thinking company, Sify already has the largest footprint of data centers certified by NVIDIA with the lowest-latency network connectivity to hyperscale clouds. Now, with the introduction of colocation pricing on a per hour basis, we are going to make it much quicker and simpler to deploy the platforms in India for on-demand applications. Our partners will bring these advanced NVIDIA GPUs to India while we do what we do best – manage all of the underlying infrastructure to allow for efficiency and continual innovation in this fast-moving space."
Rajiv Ranjan, Associate Research Director at IDC Asia Pacific, stated, "India is quickly becoming a major player in the global AI race, underscored by its depth of talent, cost advantage, and rapidly advancing digital infrastructure. It’s timely that Sify has introduced a pay-for-use colocation fee structure based on NVIDIA certified platforms to remove the traditional barriers to AI. Sify is now well-placed to allow enterprises to build out their AI capacity needed to scale into global markets, provide high performance infrastructure to support AI innovation, and allow India to establish itself as a great place to conduct and deploy AI workloads and transformation."
In an industry altering, strategic move, Sify is poised to catalyze AI change faster than previously thought possible in India, while attracting the interest of global enterprises looking to deploy flexible and high performance AI workloads.
