NADA India, together with the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, hosted the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) Intelligence & Investigations Workshop in New Delhi between 12-16 May, 2025. The workshop brought together India, Indonesia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Philippines, and South Asia's anti-doping and law enforcement communities and partners like INTERPOL and Sport Integrity Australia.
Over five days, participants received top-level training in intelligence collection, investigative methods, source handling, and analytical techniques to boost anti-doping action and protect clean sport. WADA Director of Intelligence & Investigations Günter Younger welcomed the collaboration as a huge leap for Asia's anti-doping capacity.
An additional workshop in July is set, reiterating India's role as a world leader in anti-doping action.
