Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel chaired a high-level review meeting in Gandhinagar, assessing the progress of 12 high-priority development projects worth ₹11,735 crore. These initiatives span across tourism, infrastructure, metro rail, smart city development, and urban welfare, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a “Viksit Bharat”.
Key Projects Under Review

Vadnagar Integrated Development: Includes beautification of historical sites like Sharmistha Talav, Saptrishi Aaro, and the creation of a music museum honoring Tana-Riri

Tourism Infrastructure: Holistic development of Ambaji, Pavagadh, Porbandar’s Mokarsagar, Dwarka corridor, Shivrajpur and Somnath beaches, and Kantharpur Mahakali Vad

Dholera SIR: Review of ₹7,551 crore worth of infrastructure including expressways, international airport, railway line, and social amenities like hospitals, schools, and fire stations

Metro Rail Projects: Ahmedabad Metro Phase 2 and Surat Metro corridors
