Transrail Lighting Ltd, a major power transmission and distribution (T&D) company, has bagged new orders worth ₹1,647 crore, further cementing its position in the market. This latest development follows the company's recent ₹2,752 crore order win in February, highlighting its sustained momentum in the market.
Major highlights:
1.New orders largely in the T&D segment
2.Year-to-date order inflow totals over ₹9,000 crore
3.Enthances Transrail's strong order book, which stood at ₹10,300 crore
Randeep Narang, MD and CEO, said, "These new orders once again reflect our competitive advantage in the T&D space. With our engineered manufacturing strengths and established track record of execution, we are well-equipped for good growth in the coming quarters."
The focus of the company in the T&D sector corresponds with the anticipated ₹9.15 lakh crore investment to be made by India in power transmission by 2032, which holds huge growth prospects for Transrail Lighting.
