VRight Exchange, India's first validated investor communication platform, came into operation on Akshaya Tritiya, backed by Ajay Thakur, former Head of the BSE SME Platform. The platform will counter the prevalent misinformation and enable direct, transparent engagement between listed companies, investors, and analysts-especially in the SME and startup segment.
During the virtual launch, Thakur underscored the necessity for credibility in market communication, stating, "VRight Exchange arrives at a moment when confidence in the market demands clarity and credibility." Aryan Prem Rana, founder, reiterated the purpose of the platform to bypass distortion and lag by allowing verified, accountable discussion.
The key features include real-time feeds from verified executives, sentiment filtering through AI, SEBI-compliant workflow, and role-based dashboards. VRight was hailed by market leaders as a "premium network for smart conversations" with the promise of filling gaps and injecting much-needed trust into India's capital markets
