Nexus Select Trust Completes Vega City Mall Acquisition for ₹9.13 Billion

Nexus Select Trust has finalized the acquisition of Vega City Mall in Bengaluru for a total enterprise value of ₹9.13 billion. The deal, which closed on February 13, 2025, includes the 0.45 million sq ft fully operational mall and the underlying land. This strategic move strengthens Nexus's presence in Bengaluru's retail sector. The mall, previously owned by Blue Horizon Hotels, boasts 138 tenants and was 95.8% occupied as of August 2024. This acquisition aligns with Nexus's expansion strategy, bringing its total portfolio to 18 malls across India.
