Omaxe to Invest ₹2,800 Crore in Faridabad Commercial Projects

Omaxe Group, a leading real estate developer, has announced plans to invest ₹2,800 crore in two major commercial projects in Faridabad. The company will allocate ₹2,200 crore for an expansion of its Omaxe World Street project, which is already partially operational on 27 acres. This expansion will add 1.5 million sq ft of retail space across 11.59 acres, bringing a world-class retail and lifestyle experience to the area. Additionally, Omaxe will invest ₹600 crore in a new retail project, also part of the larger Omaxe World Street development. The projects aim to capitalize on Faridabad's growing demand for premium commercial spaces and are expected to rival top international destinations. Mohit Goel, Managing Director of Omaxe Group, emphasized that this is the perfect time to introduce projects of this scale and vision in Faridabad.
