Orchid Pharma reported a steady March quarter with consolidated revenue from operations at 2.38 billion rupees and profit at 237.8 million rupees, supported by disciplined costs, higher other income, and continued investments in capacity expansion and novel antibiotics, even as full-year earnings moderated versus the previous year.

Orchid Pharma’s Board on 25 May 2026 approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY26, highlighting stable operational performance and ongoing capex for future growth. The statutory auditor gave an unmodified opinion on standalone results and a modified opinion on consolidated results due to certain unaudited overseas subsidiaries.

Revenue And Profit Snapshot

For the March 2026 quarter, consolidated revenue from operations stood at 23,760.73 lakh rupees (2.38 billion rupees), with total income at 24,494.92 lakh rupees. Consolidated profit for the quarter was 2,378.02 lakh rupees, translating into earnings per share of 4.69 rupees (basic and diluted).

Full-Year FY26 Performance

For FY26, consolidated revenue from operations was 81,132.73 lakh rupees, compared with 92,192.59 lakh rupees in FY25, reflecting a softer topline year-on-year. Consolidated profit for the year came in at 2,054.70 lakh rupees, with total comprehensive income at 2,144.39 lakh rupees, and EPS at 4.05 rupees versus 19.65 rupees in FY25.

Strategic Moves And Expansion

During FY26, Orchid continued to invest heavily in capacity, with consolidated capital work-in-progress rising to 34,052.11 lakh rupees and significant spend on its Jammu manufacturing facility funded through QIP proceeds. The company also completed 100 percent acquisition of Allecra Therapeutics entities in Germany and France, securing global rights to novel antibiotic Enmetazobactam (EXBLIFEP / Orblicef), and formed Orchid Pharma Europe GmbH as a wholly owned German subsidiary.
