Paras Defence Divests Paras Green UAV Subsidiary to Euro Asia Exports

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd has sold its 100% stake in Paras Green UAV Private Limited to Euro Asia Exports Limited for Rs 1 lakh. The divestment, approved by the board on February 8, 2025, involves 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. This strategic move follows Paras Defence's recent contract with DRDO for a Rs 142.31 crore anti-drone laser system project. The company continues to focus on its core defence and space technologies, including optics and electromagnetic pulse protection solutions, while streamlining its subsidiary portfolio.
