PayG’s INSPIRE Turns Clicks into Commerce for Indian Traders and MSMEs

PayG has unveiled INSPIRE, a new digital platform to propel the digitalization of India's micro, small, and medium businesses (MSMEs) and traders. Developed in collaboration with the government-backed Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and Elite Global Links Foundation, INSPIRE is designed to provide MSMEs with convenient access to e-commerce solutions, digital payments, and business management solutions. The programme will offer training, onboarding support, and AI-enabled features, helping small business to bridge the digital divide and compete in a more dynamic market. Industry captains see INSPIRE as a growth enabler for inclusive growth, enabling traders and MSMEs to enhance their outreach and effectiveness. The tie-up demonstrates a common vision of making India's digital economy inclusive and competitive globally.
