The real estate major showcased resilient growth across retail, offices, hospitality, and residential segments, with double-digit gains in consumption, rentals, and EBITDA. Strong cash flows and disciplined debt management further reinforced visibility for its next growth phase.

• Q4 net profit Rs. 4.03 billion, up 50% YoY  
• Q4 net sales Rs. 12.33 billion, up 21% YoY  
• Dividend declared Rs. 2.5 per share
