Plotting Success: E-Auction for Industrial Land Launches in U.P.!

The Uttar Pradesh government has initiated a major e-auction for industrial plots in 16 districts from today, March 24, 2025. Under the guidance of the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA), this project is intended to attract industries by offering top-class industrial land in districts like Banda, Saharanpur, and Varanasi.

The e-auction is intended to make the bidding process easier through the Nivesh Mitra portal, making it more transparent and efficient. The online method is likely to cut down on bureaucratic red tape and create a business-friendly environment in the state.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's dream of making Uttar Pradesh an industrial state is further backed by this auction, which offers a chance for small, medium, and large-scale businesses to set up shop and help in the growth of the economy.
