Point Boro Dominates NJSIAA District 23 Wrestling Tournament

In the round of 16 wrestlers held in the winter season at the District 23 wrestling tournament conducted for the year 2025, Point Pleasant Boro High School was right out as the victor with an amazing score of 248. After point Boro came second and third were Ocean Township and Manasquan, respectively. The tournament witnessed terrific wrestling through 14 weight classes, with Michael DeAngelo, Jackson Corino, and Jake Clayton of Point Boro shining brightly. The nodule was awarded to Armani McCann of Jackson Liberty as the Most Outstanding Wrestler. The top three finishers in each weight class will advance to the regional tournaments as an intense buildup to the NJSIAA Individual Championships in Atlantic City.
