PPAP Automotive Limited has diversified its business further with the addition of Avinya Industrial Products Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, on March 29, 2025. The new company, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs under CIN U22199DL2025PLC445374, is another strategic expansion by PPAP to strengthen its industrial product portfolio. Earlier, PPAP had incorporated Avinya Sealing Systems Limited to deal with EPDM rubber business, which reflects its efforts to diversify its product base and market area. This move is in sync with PPAP's overall strategy to consolidate its position in the automotive and industrial segments by adopting innovation and diversification to boost growth.
