Prestige Group sets sight on doubling Residential Launches in FY26

Prestige Estates Projects, a prominent India real estate developer, has reported plans to nearly double FY26 residential launches in high-growth markets such as Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi-NCR. The developer, which unveiled record-high 26.28 million square feet of projects in FY25 worth ₹26,222.8 crore, is planning an even more aggressive growth drive next year.

Starting FY26, Prestige is launching a major project in Delhi-NCR, Indirapuram, and has planned for several plotted developments in Bengaluru. Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai will have large apartment townships too, with another one scheduled to take off in Goa in the first half of the year. There has been lopsided demand in the latest launches with sales bookings in excess of ₹5,000 crore in the month in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

The initiative is made while the demand for housing properties is high, as Prestige's top brass reveals faith in achieving but even bettering sales estimates. The firm's aggressive launch pipeline is indicative of its eagerness to capitalize on the hot realty sector.
