Qualcomm Ventures Joins Qorix GmbH as Third Shareholder

Qualcomm Ventures has been introduced as the third shareholder in Qorix GmbH, a joint venture between KPIT Technologies and ZF Friedrichshafen AG. Qorix GmbH, focused on developing automotive middleware, now has a 50:50 ownership structure between KPIT and ZF. Qualcomm Ventures has the option to increase its shareholding up to €10 million, enhancing Qorix's position in the software-defined vehicles (SDVs) market. This strategic partnership aims to advance the industry's shift towards SDVs by delivering high-performance, scalable solutions for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
