RailTel Secures ₹1.21 Billion in New Orders Across Key Sectors

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd., a state-owned railway PSU, has announced winning three new orders worth ₹1.21 billion, further strengthening its position in the IT and telecom infrastructure sector.

The first order involves setting up Robotics, Drone, and Atal Tinkering Labs across 160 government schools in Himachal Pradesh under the Samagra Shiksha initiative, valued at ₹159.8 million.

The second order comes from the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Ltd. (MSPGCL) for IT network restructuring worth ₹1.04 billion, covering nine plants and three offices. Lastly, RailTel will establish a Data Centre (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Centre for a defense PSU, valued at ₹1 billion.These projects highlight RailTel's growing capabilities in digital transformation and its contribution to India's education, power, and defense sectors.
