Republic Day 2025: A Spectacular Celebration of Heritage and Progress

India is preparing to celebrate its 76th Republic Day on January 26, 2025, promising a vibrant celebration that will showcase the nation's rich cultural tapestry and military might. This year's theme, "Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas" (Golden India: Heritage and Development), encapsulates the spirit of progress while honoring India's diverse traditions.

The grand parade will begin at 10:30 AM at the Kartavya Path. This time, it will start at the National War Memorial and be led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The grandeur of 31 tableaux, which narrate the stories of every state and ministries, speaks of India's glorious cultural heritage and developmental success.

One of the highlights of this year's celebrations is the participation of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto as the chief guest, which is a significant diplomatic gesture. The parade will also feature a dazzling 
display by a 160-member marching contingent and a 190-member band from Indonesia, symbolizing the deepening ties between the two nations.

Spectacular aerial display by the Indian Air Force with updated fighter jet and helicopter,  glimpses of traditional dances and folk music performances could be witnessed to highlight India's diversity in unity.
