Ricky Ponting Vows to Create Greatest Punjab Kings Team

Ricky Ponting, the new head coach of Punjab Kings, has expressed his ambition to create the greatest team in the franchise's history. With Shreyas Iyer as captain, Ponting aims to end the team's IPL title drought. He emphasized the importance of developing a winning attitude and highlighted the potential of uncapped players like Priyansh Arya, Suryansh Shedge, and Musheer Khan. Ponting also underscored the role of senior players in setting a positive example for younger teammates. The team will face Gujarat Titans in their opening match on March 25 in Ahmedabad.
