Yatra Online Inc. Group Chief Financial Officer Rohan Mittal quit his position to focus on other professional activities. His resignation letter, which he submitted on March 10, 2025, was addressed and signed by the company board. Mittal was employed at Yatra from September 2022, having previously served as CFO at Rivigo and AllcargoGATI. The development comes as Yatra's shares have plunged a whopping 55% in the past one year, ending 2.33% lower at ₹65.95 on March 12. While the stock has been lagging behind, the company's Q3 figures were strong with revenue surging to ₹235 crore and net profit rising nine times compared to the year-ago period.
