Rushil Decor Accelerates Global Expansion with Phase 2 of Jumbo Laminate Plant Set for Q3 FY26 Completion

Rushil Decor Limited has announced the scheduled completion of Phase 2 of its state-of-the-art Jumbo Laminate manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, by the third quarter of FY2026. This strategic brownfield expansion is poised to significantly enhance the company’s production capacity and global market reach, reinforcing its leadership in the decorative laminates segment.  

Key Highlights of the Expansion Plan  

- The Phase 2 expansion will add 2.8 million sheets per annum to the plant’s capacity, assuming 1 mm single-side decorative laminate configuration  
- The combined output from Phase 1 and Phase 2 is projected to generate additional annual revenues of approximately Rs 300 crore  
- EBITDA margins from the expanded capacity are estimated at around 11 percent, contributing positively to both top-line and bottom-line performance in FY2026  
- The company has already secured initial export orders for 15 percent of Phase 1 capacity, with further ramp-up expected in the coming quarters  

Strategic Vision and Market Focus  

- The expansion aligns with Rushil Decor’s broader strategy to deepen its presence in international markets, including the USA and Europe  
- The facility will cater to rising global demand for high-quality, value-added laminates, positioning the company as a preferred supplier in premium segments  
- The move supports the company’s goal of achieving consolidated revenues of Rs 1,100 crore in FY2026, up from Rs 897.9 crore in FY2025  

Operational and Financial Performance  

- For FY2025, Rushil Decor reported a 6.4 percent year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue and an 11.1 percent rise in profit after tax to Rs 47.9 crore  
- The MDF division contributed Rs 663.7 crore in revenue, with export volumes up 32.4 percent year-on-year  
- The laminates division posted Rs 198.9 crore in revenue, with capacity utilization at 86 percent  
- The company improved its net debt-to-equity ratio to 0.41x, reflecting disciplined financial management

With six manufacturing facilities and a presence in over 56 countries, Rushil Decor is well-positioned to capitalize on global demand trends.
