Salman Khan's new movie 'Sikandar' has created a buzz on social media with a heated controversy. The newly launched poster is similar to Jacqueline Fernandez's 2020 movie 'Mrs Serial Killer'. Both posters have intense close-ups against a bright red background, with the actors appearing to deflect sharp objects. Critics and fans have blamed the 'Sikandar' team for being unoriginal, with some referring to Bollywood as "Copywood". In spite of the controversy, the movie, which is co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and directed by AR Murugadoss, has been scheduled for Eid 2025 release.
