Shein's return comes with strict conditions, including data localization and relinquished control to Reliance. Currently available in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, Shein plans to expand nationwide. The partnership aims to boost India's textile industry while addressing previous security concerns that led to the 2020 ban.
