Siddharth Gupta Appointed as Britannia’s New CMO

 

Siddharth Gupta is poised to take on the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Britannia Industries, following Amit Doshi's departure on March 17, 2025. Gupta, who currently serves as General Manager - Marketing at Britannia, has been with the company since 2018 and is responsible for overseeing the Premium Creams, Crackers, Marie, and Milk biscuits segments. Prior to joining Britannia, he spent over ten years at Colgate-Palmolive India, where he managed important product lines such as Visible White toothpaste and PainOut gel.  Amit Doshi’s time at Britannia was characterized by notable achievements in enhancing brand equity and driving innovation. Rajneet Kohli, the CEO of Britannia, commended Doshi for his leadership and vision in transforming the company’s marketing strategies.  This change in leadership underscores Britannia’s commitment to ongoing growth and innovation with new marketing leadership at the helm.
