Signature Global Expands Footprint with ₹500 Crore Land Acquisition in Gurugram

Signature Global Limited has acquired a strategic 16.12-acre land parcel in Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram. The land has a development potential of approximately 2.73 million square feet. This acquisition aligns with the company's ambitious expansion plans, following their recent successful projects in the Delhi-NCR region. The company aims to launch multiple housing projects worth ₹50,000 crore over the next three years. Signature Global has demonstrated strong growth with sales bookings of ₹5,900 crore in H1 FY25, positioning itself as a leading player in the affordable and mid-income housing segments.
