Singapore President Tharman Shanmugaratnam will make a historic visit to India from January 14 to 18, 2025, marking 60 years of diplomatic relations. The landmark trip will be the first by a Singaporean president in a decade, and it will include high-level meetings with Indian leaders and discussions on key agreements, particularly in semiconductor skills development. With bilateral trades at $35.61 billion between the two countries, the visit is going to strengthen the economic ties as well as increase air connectivity between them.
