Singapore has secured the top spot as the world's most powerful passport in the 2025 Henley Passport Index, granting its citizens visa-free access to an impressive 195 destinations. Japan follows closely in second place with 193 destinations. Meanwhile, India's passport ranking has dropped to 85th position, sharing the spot with Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, and Tajikistan. Indian passport holders can now access 57 countries visa-free, down from 62 in 2024. This shift in global passport power highlights the evolving landscape of international travel and diplomatic relations.
