Singapore's Everstone Capital Secures Majority Stake in Wingify for $200 Million

Everstone Capital, a company based in Singapore, announced its acquisition of Indian SaaS firm Wingify for some $200 million. The move is apparently designed to drive the flagship product of the Indian firm, Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), into more high-growth markets, pushing its innovation quotient in the world. Wingify was founded in 2010 and today has more than 3,000 global clients with an annual recurring revenue above $50 million. Co-founders Paras Chopra and Sparsh Gupta will retain significant equity stakes, ensuring continuity in leadership. This deal underlines Everstone's commitment to investing in profitable tech firms with global reach.
