The consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹3,758.5 crore, marking a 15% increase over the same quarter last year. The company achieved a record EBITDA of ₹168.3 crore, reflecting a 16.2% rise YoY, underpinning improved cost management and business scalability.

The consolidated net profit stood at ₹93 crore, up 35.1% year-on-year, driven by strong topline momentum, higher other income, and efficiency improvements. Growth was broad-based across the company’s key segments: Security Solutions - India grew 11.5% YoY, Security Solutions - International jumped 19.3%, and Facility Management Solutions expanded 13.7%.

Strategic moves included acquiring a 51% stake in A P Securitas Private Limited and investing ₹4.5 crore in Installco Wify Technology, enhancing SIS’s market presence and service capabilities. The Net Debt to EBITDA ratio improved significantly to 1.03, highlighting prudent financial management.

Group Managing Director Rituraj Kishore Sinha emphasized this quarter as a milestone, with SIS poised for sustained strong performance throughout FY26.
