Stars Align: KKR's Eco-Jersey Blends Victory and Sustainability for IPL 2025

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) unveiled their new eco-friendly jersey for the upcoming season of IPL 2025, as they restart their 'Runs to Roots' campaign. The champion team's jersey has three stars above the team crest, honoring their IPL championship wins in 2012, 2014, and 2024. The new jersey, made from biodegradable materials, is in line with the team's green sensibilities while retaining their iconic purple and gold colors. In a first-of-its-kind project, the team has also trademarked three actual stars in the sky with their motto name: 'Korbo', 'Lorbo', and 'Jeetbo'. KKR's new jersey will be unveiled on the season-opener against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on March 22 at Eden Gardens as they bid to win their fourth IPL crown.
