Sterling Tools Secures NCLT Approval for Haryana Ispat Amalgamation

Sterling Tools Ltd has received the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) approval for the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haryana Ispat Private Limited, into the parent company.
