Still Going Strong’: Fleming Puts Dhoni’s Retirement Rumors to Rest

Chennai Super Kings head coach Stephen Fleming has rubbished rumors about MS Dhoni retiring from the Indian Premier League. Following CSK's 25-run loss against Delhi Capitals, Fleming remarked, "He is still going strong, and I don't even ask him about his future these days." Rumors had been escalated following Dhoni's parents, Pan Singh and Devika Devi, attending the match at Chepauk Stadium, a rare visit that raised rumors of a farewell game looming. But Fleming's comment and CSK's cheeky Twitter post have sealed these rumors, suggesting Dhoni is a part of the team. Dhoni scored an unbeaten 30 off 26 balls during the match, though his batting has been criticized for the lack of trademark flair.
