Sudarshan Chemical Industries Finalizes Acquisition of Heubach Group

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has finalized the acquisition of Heubach Group's worldwide pigment business operations for €127.5 million (around ₹1,180 crore). The transaction, which was first announced in October 2024, was completed on March 3, 2025, making Sudarshan a top-notch global pigment firm. The combined firm now has operations in 19 countries with 17 plants across 11 countries. This corporate initiative dramatically boosts Sudarshan's product offerings, increases its technology strength, and its market share in Europe and America. The acquisition will drive the company's EBITDA to ₹800 crore in three years, from the current ₹300 crore.
