Sunil Bharti Mittal Honored with UK’s Prestigious Knighthood

Sunil Bharti Mittal, Founder and Chairman of Bharti Enterprises, has been honored with the Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire (KBE) by the UK government for his invaluable contribution in the area of UK-India business relations. The investiture took place at the British High Commissioner's residence in New Delhi. Mittal was recognized for his contribution towards strengthening bilateral relations through investments in several companies, such as BT, Gleneagles, Norlake Hospitality, and OneWeb. He expressed gratitude and promised the continuation of the development of economic relations between India and the UK.
