Swiggy Launches 'Scenes': A Game-Changer in Live Event Ticketing

Swiggy has launched a new feature, 'Scenes', which enables booking tickets for live events at its partner restaurants. This move head-on competes with Zomato's District platform, that only focuses on dining and entertainment experiences. It is currently operational in Bengaluru and aims to tap into India's experiential spending potential, which, according to the projections, would be booming as a live event market. As the user base and revenue streams of Swiggy expand, it is pretty apparent that 'Scenes' can become one of the largest players in the industry.
