Other income contributed ₹75.88 crore for FY26, slightly lower than the previous year.

Profitability Surge

The company reported a profit before tax of ₹37.70 crore in Q4 FY26. However, due to restatement of deferred tax liabilities under the new tax regime, net profit for the quarter surged to ₹240.30 crore, compared to ₹22.12 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full year, profit stood at ₹247.75 crore, a sharp rise from ₹3.73 crore in FY25.

Dividend Declaration

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per equity share (40% of face value ₹10), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for September 24, 2026. The record date for dividend eligibility is September 17, 2026.

Segment Insights

Paper and paperboard contributed ₹4,630.66 crore in FY26 revenue, while the energy segment added ₹542.84 crore. Segment results showed paper operations driving profitability, with energy continuing to post losses.
