Tata Motors to Appoint Deloitte as Statutory Auditors from FY28

Tata Motors has announced its intention to appoint Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP as its Statutory Auditors starting from the financial year 2027-28. This decision follows a comprehensive selection process overseen by the company's Audit Committee. The current auditors, BSR & Co LLP, will continue until FY26-27. The appointment of Deloitte will be subject to regulatory approvals and shareholder consent at the Annual General Meeting for FY27. This change aligns with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013, mandating a change in auditors.
