Tata Revolutionizes EV Charging with Mobile Units and UPI Payments

Tata.ev is set to transform India's EV charging landscape with innovative solutions launching by mid-2025. The company plans to introduce mobile charging vans in two major cities, bringing convenient doorstep charging to EV owners. Additionally, Tata.ev will implement UPI-based payment options for community charging, allowing users to pay through any UPI app. These initiatives are part of Tata's ambitious 'Open Collaboration 2.0' program, which aims to expand the charging network to over 400,000 points by 2027. The move demonstrates Tata's commitment to enhancing EV adoption and user experience across India.
