TCS and Northern Trust Expand Partnership to Transform Securities Settlement

Northern Trust has broadened its strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to extend its global securities settlements platform to 99 markets. The alliance will use TCS BaNCS™ Global Securities Platform, providing multi-entity, multi-market, and multi-asset class functionality to build an integrated securities back office. The step is designed to simplify trade processing, normalize settlement data, and improve AI and analytics for both digital and traditional assets. The partnership is under Northern Trust's multi-year technology transformation initiative and is an extension of their current relationship since 2017 for corporate actions and income processing.
