The Rise of She-E-Os: How 70% of Women Are Rewriting India's Business Playbook

An epochal NeoGrowth research presents 70% of Indian women entrepreneurs initiating companies spurred by internal drive and motivation. The report on more than 3,000 women entrepreneurs reflects a pattern toward opportunity entrepreneurialism, where 66% indicate career skills and ambition as the key drivers. Women entrepreneurial companies are rewriting the book for families and societies as 98% report better financial well-being. In spite of issues such as gender discrimination (27%) and market volatility (34%), 90% of women entrepreneurs have experienced greater respect from society. The research also revealed that 81% operate their businesses independently, reflecting a new generation of empowered women leaders in India's corporate landscape.
