Blinkit's pioneering 10-minute ambulance service in Gurugram has received massive acclaim after it saved the life of a woman's grandfather. Komal Kataria posted about her experience on LinkedIn, heaping praise on the service for its quick response, professionalism, and empathy. The ambulance arrived in a matter of minutes, performed on-site tests, and waited until the doctor came to the hospital. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal was quick to reply to the viral post, which was filled with gladness and wishes for speedy recovery. The incident comes at a time of recent praise by an AIIMS neurosurgeon who labeled the service a "healthcare revolution." Rollout earlier this year, Blinkit's ambulance service is focused on redefining emergency response in India. The firm will target to venture into other big cities within the next two years, with a mission of offering quality and cheap emergency medical care and not for profit.
