Thomas Cook India Acquires Hotel Business of Nature Trails Resorts for ₹522.5 Million

Thomas Cook India has executed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire the hotel business of Nature Trails Resorts Private Limited (NTRPL) for ₹522.5 million. This strategic move strengthens Thomas Cook's presence in adventure tourism, leveraging Nature Trails' scenic locations near Mumbai. The transaction is a slump sale, ensuring seamless operations under Thomas Cook's retail and digital network. NTRPL operates four resorts in Maharashtra, offering diverse adventure experiences. The deal is expected to be completed by April 4, 2025, and is considered a related party transaction at arm's length.
