The DCA platform is designed to digitally capture and manage customer consent for receiving promotional calls and messages.

It aims to empower consumers by giving them greater control over who can contact them and for what purpose.

Pilot Implementation Scope

The pilot is currently being tested at 11 nominated banks, including both public and private sector institutions.

These banks are working with telecom service providers to integrate the DCA system into their communication workflows.

Regulatory Collaboration
